libebook1.2-dev software package provides Client library for evolution address books (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libebook1.2-dev
libebook1.2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libebook1.2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libebook1.2-dev *
You will get with libebook1.2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
